Got me scheduled in less than a day and showed up the next day. Very kind and knowledgeable, and even showed me pictures that related to what was wrong with my washer. Was honest enough to tell me I should probably just buy a new one instead of forking out twice the money to repair mine. Would definitely consider again if something else happens.
